Requirements
5+ years of experience in business analysis roles.
Proven track record of gathering and documenting business requirements.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
Experience in process mapping, workflow design, and business process reengineering.
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Ability to create detailed documentation and user manuals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Stakeholder management experience, including conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops.
Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience in industries like finance, healthcare, or technology is a plus.
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is preferred.
